It's entirety deals with artificial intelligence and is tested and present in my game. This is one of the primary reasons I kept it from Take 2. Also, when I planned to join the IEEE many years ago, I thought about publishing it thru ACM but work did not give me time to. In fact, in submitting the BC3K code for copyright, the entire thing is suppressed. Check the copyright/trademark office. Thanks for taking the time to check this out. My full name, as those who've seen my business cards, ss card, license etc, know it's Derek K. Smart, Ph.D. The K does not stand for some middle name, my middle names are Paul and Julian, neither of which I use. The last name is K....-Smart.
